CANCELLATION POLICY

WE APPRECIATE YOU REGISTERED FOR CHESSTRONICS TOURNAMENTS, EVENTS, CHESS CLASSES, ROBOTICS CLASSES, OR ROBOTICS COMPETITION EVENTS.  IN CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL PLEASE READ OUR POLICY BELOW. 

By registering you agree for our cancellation policy . 

If you cancel before 24hrs of start of the event/tournament, you will get Refund but 5% of the amount + $2.50 cancellation fee will be deducted.  If you cancel after the start of the event No Refund will be given. 

If you wish to cancel and adjust the amount  to next similar event, we can adjust and please send an email before 24hrs or after the event, so that the cancellation charges will not be applied.
